Where do I get my coupons?

The Sunday paperFor my local readers the St. Louis Post Dispatch is what I buy. It generally has more coupons than Southern Illinoisan. However if you are wanting to have the physical store ads for our local area I suggest picking up 1 Southern Illinoisian, as the St. Louis will not have our store ads in it.

Magazinesa lot of magazines are having coupons inside these days. All You is one that has a quite a bit of coupons every month. However I do not pay or pay very much for magazines, I have gotten a lot of free or very low priced subscriptions online.

How many Sunday papers do I buy?

Typically I purchase 2 Sunday papers, on a rare occasion I buy 4.  If I know that it is going to be a super hot week for coupons I will go ahead and get 4 so I can do a little stocking up.

How do I sort my coupons?

Sorting the coupons has been difficult for me.  I have been back and forth trying to decide what method I want to use.  Right now I still use my zippered binder.  I have about a dozen baseball card sleeves in the front and I clip only what I know or am pretty sure I will use.  Then I keep all the rest of my inserts in the back of my binder so I can pull them out whenever I need a coupon I haven’t clipped.
