Menu Plan Monday 5/7/12
I haven’t followed a written menu plan in a couple of weeks. Yeah I have had an idea in my head what I was going to cook but I didn’t really write it down . This doesn’t really work for me especially on days I am super busy and forget what I was thinking about cooking then have to think of something else. So this week I will actually write my plan out.
Breakfast options: Eggs, Bacon, toast, fresh fruit, (girls only) oatmeal, muffins, waffles
Lunch Options: salad, PB&J, Tuna salad, fresh fruit, fresh veggies, nuts/seeds, boiled eggs, cheese
Dinners:
Monday: Hebrew National Hotdogs, salad
Tuesday: Chicken fajitas with lots of veggies (on low carb wraps for hubby and I)
Wednesday: Bacon and Egg Sandwiches on Toast (low carb bread for hubby and I) fresh fruit
Thursday: Baked Chicken Legs, Green beans, Fresh fruits and/or veggies
Friday: Splurge (TBD)
Saturday: Salad with mixed greens, baby spinach, shredded chicken, boiled eggs, tomato, broccoli, carrots, cheese, olives and dressing
Sunday: My family is coming over and I am making a big crockpot of BBQ. We will also have potato salad, chips and dessert.
