Fitness Friday: 3/2/12

It’s pretty embarrassing to say that I haven’t posted one of these in a month.  Not because I haven’t been following my diet, I have just simply been busy.

I will say that this past month hasn’t been great. One week I lost nothing and another week I only lost 1/2lb yet I am still slowly working my way down to a smaller me.

This month has been really busy and at times stressful.  Considering that I used to be a huge stress eater I am actually thrilled that I lost this month and didn’t have any setbacks.

britaFrugal Fitness Tip – Drink lots of water but ditch those water bottles.  We have two Brita Classic Water Pitcher full in our fridge at all times.  This really helps to save money AND when the water is there I am much more likely to drink what I need.

In the last month I have lost: 4.3lb

Since 11/26/11 I have lost a total of: 23.5 lbs
