Our Weekly Menu Plan 2/20/12

Last week I didn’t write up a menu plan which is never the best idea.  Not to mention the fact that we were quite busy last week.  However we did manage to eat at home most every night.

Here is this weeks plan:

Breakfast options:  Eggs, Bacon, grapes, clementines, oats (for girls), toast with pb&j

Lunch options:  PB&J, Chicken or Tuna Salad, cucumber, broccoli, tomato, celery, grapes, clementines,

Dinner:

No Fuss Monday: Last night we had the above.  Chicken thighs baked in the oven with a little olive and garlic.  Green beans and tomato.  (the girls also had fruit)

Sandwich or Salad Tuesday: Chicken Salad sandwiches, raw fruit and veggies

Breakfast Wednesday: Kielbasa and Egg scramble

New Recipe Thursday: Whole Crockpot Chicken, veggies (this recipe was from two weeks ago but we ended up have 4 extra kids here so we had something the kids liked instead)

Splurge Friday: I think I will be making something at home 

Mexican Saturday: Tacos or burritos

Crockpot Sunday: TBD
