Believe it or not, I am still Alive!
The inevitable happened!! Last Saturday morning Emeri got her drivers license and the part that amazes me…..I haven’t had a heart attack over the situation. 
I actually think I stressed more about it before it happened then now.
Thankfully we live in a small town and for now she is staying in town while driving alone. She has enjoyed her newfound freedom already, she has been to the library 3 times since Saturday.
My husband and I have this little trick we are playing on ourselves so we won’t stress so much…..when she is gone, we pretend like she is not! LOL
I know, sounds funny but so far so good.
