Menu Plan Monday 1/30/12
There was no menu plan last week. I had been sick over the weekend and just decided not to strain my brain by coming up with a plan. Believe it or not, without a plan we still managed to stay on track. However I prefer having a plan so I decided this week I would get one together.
Breakfast options: eggs, bacon, toast, fresh fruit, baked oatmeal (girls), dairy free waffles (girls), dairy free muffins (girls)
Lunch options: PB&J (girls), Tuna Salad, BLTs, salad, fresh fruit/veggies, nuts/seeds
Dinner:
No Fuss Monday: Tonights dinner is pictured above. Boneless Chuck Ribs that I put in the crockpot, veggies that were sauteed in extra virgin olive oil and seasonings, clementine.
Salad Tuesday: Mixed Baby Greens, broccoli cucumber, tomato, celery, carrot, green peppers, taco meat, shredded cheese, Emeri will have veggie cheese
Breakfast Wednesday: Omelettes filled with crumbled bacon, veggies and cheese
New Recipe Thursday: Beef Pot Roast
Weekend is kind of up in the air right now. Friday is usually our splurge day however Saturday is our anniversary. Now we already we out to dinner this past weekend however I might decide to make something Saturday that would fall under splurging…..guess we will just have to wait and see.
