My Shopping 1/13 through 1/19
During the first payday of the month I managed to just barely stay under budget. The 13th began a new payday giving me $200 for the next 2 weeks.
First I went to Kroger to stock up on a few items and get some meat. I used the rest of my tide coupons, picked up several 2 packs of Safeguard, a few Suave deodorants, 4 Old Spice Body Wash and a 12pk of Charmin. The biggest expense was my meat. 2 Natural Bacon at $6 each, Natural Sausage at $5, Chicken Breasts at $6, 2 Whole Chickens at $5 each and 8 cans of chunk chicken at $1.40 each. Of course there were several other items I picked up there.
My total spent $86.78
I have two Walmart pictures, the one above and the one below. I didn’t realize until we had almost everything put away that I hadn’t photographed them together. We have plenty of toothpaste again and we should have enough Cortaid to last awhile. I picked up the KY because it was a money maker now I just have to find somewhere to donate it.
I also got a couple packages of marked down ground pork.
My total at Walmart was $7.62
At Aldi’s I picked up all the other grocery items from my list that I didn’t have to get at Kroger.
My total spent $70.39
Finally I ran into Walgreens to see if I could roll my Register Rewards. We needed toilet paper and we needed mouth wash. I started with $6 in Register Rewards
My total spent was $2.75 and I left with $3 in Register Rewards
My grand total spent so far this payday is $167.54 leaving me with $32.46 in the budget
