My Shopping 11/4 through 11/10

I had really planned on posting this Saturday evening however we got an invitation to go hang out with some friends.  Hanging out with friends is definitely a great way to finish up a week so we were not missing out.  ;)

As for yesterday I was pretty much gone from 9 am until about 6:45 and then I came home and laid down.

So I guess this morning is as good a time as any to post my most recent shopping deals.

First I stopped at CVS, I hadn’t been there in several weeks.  As a matter of fact my extra care bucks were getting close to expiration.

I had the $5 printable coupon for the Schick, I didn’t have any coupons for the deodorant but the girls and I are running low.

I started with $8 in Extra Care Bucks

I spent $3.11 and left with $8 in Extra Care Bucks

Next I stopped at Target.  The bag of dog food I had at home was almost empty and I had paid full price for it because I had totally run out of my dog food stock.  So I knew I didn’t want to pay full price again.  I had 2 of the Purina One $4 off coupons.  Although I have gotten dog food so much cheaper (like free) over the last 3 years, half price is still way better than full price.

My total spent here was $6.08

After reading The Frugal Girl’s weekly posts about her trips to Aldi I figured it was high time I added it back into my shopping rounds.  As you can see I got several produce items, some frozen fruit, Tilapia, some chips and Apple Cider. (the cider was so yummy by the way!)

My total spent here was $28.52

Finally I went to Kroger to finish things up, because where else am I going to get my organic eggs, organic milk, uncured all natural vegetarian fed Bacon, All Natural sausage, Vegan Cheese, etc.

My total spent here was $106.70

This makes my total for the week $144.41 leaving $55.59 in my bi-weekly budget
