Menu Plan Monday 7/11/11
Maybe you have noticed that the last two weeks I haven’t posted a weekly menu plan. Well It is not because I haven’t had one but because I put off posting it until I got all the store deals done and by that point I have just ended up leaving it off. So this week I decided I would post it first thing this morning before I started doing all of the store deals.
Breakfasts: Eggs, Oatmeal, Yogurt, Fruit, Toast
Lunches: Sandwiches, Fruit/Veggies, Hard boiled eggs, Rice or Pasta,
Dinner:
Monday: Chicken Spaghetti Topped with Shredded Mozzarella, no mozzarella for Emeri (I will be slow cooking a couple large chicken breasts in the crockpot covered in spaghetti sauce. When the chicken is able to shred we will eat it over top whole wheat noodles)
Tuesday: Black Bean Burgers and Garlic Fries
Wednesday: Tuna and Brown Rice Casserole
Thursday: Whole Crockpot Chicken (then I will make homemade chicken broth for the freezer)
Friday: Ordering in Pizza. A new pizza shoppe has opened in town and we are anxious to try it out. However I will have to order something with no milk for my daughter Emeri.
Saturday: Free for all. I have a coupon class and hubby has a meeting that afternoon.
Sunday: Sandwiches and Tortilla Chips
All meals will have either fresh fruit and/or veggie.
My oldest daughter Emeri has a milk allergy and I plan to post about that more indepth soon.
