Here are my donations for the month of April.  I used the $5 and $3 off coupons for the baby formula, some were money makers and the others were 84cents.  The deodorants were all 25cents or less.  The Poligrip and Carefree were free.  The disposable razors were 87cents.  The cat food items were all 50cents or under.  The toothpastes were all free as wells as the sample size items and the Thai meal.

Next month is when you will really see our donations grow.  Through the month of May I have been mindfully purchasing as much to donate as I can.

Giving does not have to cost a fortune, as a matter of fact with coupons you can do it with very little out of pocket cost.  :)

Giving to others really isn’t hard at all!  Whether you offer up a free night of babysitting to a family in your church or cook a meal for neighbor or family member, I promise you will make their day.

Couponing has given us an advantage to frequently come across lots of free or nearly free items that so many families can use.  Getting those items and donating them to a local homeless shelter, women’s shelter, salvation army etc.  is such a wonderful way to help out others in need and not cost a fortune.  I challenge you to take even a small amount of your bargain hunting bounty and pass it on….you will be glad you did!  :)

Thanks Heather, I am really starting to focus on trying to do more. Every time I go to drop stuff off I see so many people in need it makes me want to work the coupons harder. :)
