Healthy Taco Salad Recipe

Tonight’s Taco Salad was a huge hit! Delicious, filling and healthy.
I browned 1lb of Laura’s Lean Ground beef with dehydrated organic onion and garlic. Then I added in my very last packaged Taco Seasoning (non-organic) that I had in the cupboard, with 1/4 cup of water and let it simmer.
I put a bed of organic mixed greens and baby spinach on the plates, then scooped out the taco meat and divied it up between the four of us. I tossed on some halved organic grape tomatoes and finished by drizzling on Annie’s Organic Cowgirl Ranch dressing.
Obviously there are so many more veggies you could add to this as well as cheese or sourcream. Since I was using what we had on hand ours was cheese-less however it was still delicious and everyone devoured it.
