Menu Plan Monday 3/15/10
Monday we had the Turkey Breast Roast. This came already packaged in a marinade so I just put it in the crock pot until it was done. I made the oven roasted potatoes, however I cut them into chunks and covered them with pepper, garlic and oregano before cooking. They were delicious! We finished the meal with a romaine salad.

Tuesday is a busy day. I ride into town (20 miles) with hubby and spend the day with my mom and sisters. I do not go home until hubby goes home after work. On this particular tuesday we were pulling into town 15 minutes before Emeri and Jonah were supposed to be at Church. So we had McDonalds drive thru for dinner.
On Wednesday I cooked steaks on the George Foreman. We also had Alton Browns Baked Rice to which I added a packet of onion soup mix for added flavor.

Gary and Jonah left Thursday after school and were not home until after Church on Sunday. On Thursday I let Emeri choose and we had Arby’s Roast Beef Sanwiches for dinner. The rest of the weekend we just ate easy things around the house. Sandwiches, cereal and such. No Cooking!!
Now for this week:
Monday: Ground Turkey Casserole
Tuesday: Garlic Lentil Soup
Wednesday: Crock Pot Hamburger Cabbage Casserole
Thursday: Pork Chops, Easy Garlic Rice, Corn
Friday: Pizza
Saturday: Whole Crock Pot Chicken, Mashed potatoes, salad
Breakfast: Organic Cereal, Eggs, Biscuits, Yogurt, Fruit
Lunch/Snacks: Organic Burritos, Peanut Butter Sandwiches, fresh fruits and veggies, yogurt, cheese, crackers, popcorn
