Shop to Give Sunday Week 6

This weekly meme is as a way to encourage each others to make an effort to give.  Whether the giving be of your time, money or talents you are welcome to join in. I am interested in discovering new ways to help those in need and can’t wait to see how you have been giving.

Learning to use coupons wisely has allowed me to be able to give to others often.

Jonah’s Sunday School class is collection dry beans and rice for the month of March to donate to our local Ministerial Alliance.

This week I purchased

6 bags Rice @ 65cents each

4 bags dried Beans @ 99cents each

My total Spent was $7.88 plus tax

I had planned to go to Walmart, I have several coupons to get some pretty cheap items however I never got around to getting there.  So I will be going there this week and getting more beans and rice.
