We had this delicious Turkey and Rice Casserole on Wednesday night.  I adapted it from this recipe on recipezaar.

Sadly my store wasn’t doing the buy 4 boxes of Kashi cereal or crackers and get the 5th free however they were still on sale and I had some great Kashi coupons from Vocal Point.
