I just make it a point to never go to those cashiers anymore. Seriously, if I walk in and realize my favorite coupon friendly cashiers are not working then I leave. However I know at my two closest Walgreens there are a couple of cashiers who definitely wouldn't allow this simply because they think that people who use coupons are thieves.
