Shop to Give Sunday week 4
This weekly meme is as a way to encourage each other to make an effort to give. Whether the giving be of your time, money or talents you are welcome to join in. I am interested in discovering new ways to help those in need and can’t wait to see how you have been giving.
Learning to use coupons wisely has allowed me to be able to give to others often.

Here is what I was able to get this week! (I did go over my $10 budget
)
20 pairs of Flips Flops at 50cents each from Target (For Flip Flops for Haiti)
5 boxes of Spaghetti $1 each from Walmart (for Jonah’s Sunday School donation)
8 Kotex Panti Liners $1 each from Walmart (Ministerial Alliance)
Used 4 $1.50 off 2 Kotex Panti liners
Paid 25 cents each
My total spent this week was $17 before tax.
(I couldn’t pass up the flip flops though, I had already commited to donating and then happened across those clearanced out.)
I would love to see what you did to give this week! Did you give of your time, money or talents? Did you make dinner for someone who just had a baby or did you donate items to the homeless shelter? Whatever you did to give, write a post about it and link up. Don’t have a blog, no problem. Just leave me a comment letting us know your thought or ideas on giving or how you made a difference this week.
Do you have some great ideas of how you can give on a limited budget? Write a post on that and link up.
Please link to the exact post and not to your blogs main page. Please be courteous and link to post related to giving. I look forward to reading your ideas.

I love this idea! Thanks so much for leaving me a comment to post my weekly donation deals – I love sharing ways to (cheaply) give!
Laurie I am so glad to find some like minded ladies out there. I am hoping we can encourage others as well!!

Thanks for inviting me to link up! I love the God has allowed us to save so that we can give. This is a great post!
Stephanie, I am so thankful that I learned how to coupon. I always wanted to give to others and God used couponing as a way for me to be able to find it in our budget to give on a weekly basis.
Thanks for linking up!
I find this very inspiring. I am planning on donating two cans of formula to the pregnancy center in our town. These were sent to me even though my baby is 2 LOL. I am going to try to get extra things on sale to donate more often.
Amber that is a great idea!! I am sure there is a mom out that who could definitely use that formula. Things like that can really make a difference in someones life.
