Kroger Shopping 1/21/10
Last Thursday Jonah woke up very ill and my hubby worked from home. That afternoon I decided to run to a small Kroger only 6 miles away to grab a few items since I figured Jonah would be staying home on Friday also and I would not be doing my weekly shopping. All was well until about midway through the store I started feeling really weak. I really wasn’t sure if I could finish up and drive home or not. When I got home I asked my sweet hubby to bring in and put away the groceries.
Sadly there are no pics and worse I can’t even find the receipt. I was ill through Friday evening and to be honest I can’t for the life of me remember where I put the receipt.
I can tell you that I didn’t do any major shopping. I got milk, bread, cheese, juice, yogurt, bananas, organic cereal, crackers, pretzels, eggs and a few other things I can’t remember at the moment.
The only coupons I used were 3 $1 off coupons for Barbara’s Bakery Organic Cereal. I found 3 boxes on Mgr special for $1.99 making them 99cents.
My total spent was $36

Isn’t that just how it goes sometimes?? I am six months pregnant and I give myself a pat on the back if I can make it in the house and up the stairs with all the groceries AND take a picture.
Give yourself a break and put your feet up. The great thing about the deals is that they are always there. Thanks for posting anyway! This is my first time on your blog.
