So here was the deal with the Cascadian Farms.  They had peelies on the boxes and when I got to my cashier I told her I wanted to use the $2 off Coupons not the peelies.  She said that she was told the peelies were Target Q’s.  So she scanned all my $2 off coupons and then scanned $3 of the $1 off coupons.  Not sure how or why it went through since I only had 5 boxes but it made them free. So I got overage on the cereal and I also got overage on the batteries.
