Southern Illinois Money Savers

The girls and I set forth on a mission to put together 13 Teacher gift bags.  2 for men and 11 for women.  All of the women got candles I collected over the past year and the men each got a cute little cookie tin with a Gingerbread Man inside.  My hubby put together a little video demonstration.

Here is the cost breakdown:

Gift bags were fillers when I shopped at Walgreens

3 Small Glass Candles were free with coupons

2 Lg Glass candles were $1.99 each with coupons

2 Cookie Tins were $1 each

3 Glade tins were 16cents each with coupons

3 Glade Tins were free with coupons

Ribbon was $1

Candy Canes were $2

Every thing else I had on hand like tape, tissue paper and printer paper.

The girls had a great time doing this and their female teachers loved all the candles!
